1. Get Your Money Back will not disclose the source of your funds without your signed authority.

2. Every effort is made by Get Your Money Back to ensure your cheque is returned within 9 weeks of receipt of ALL correct documentation. Get Your Money Backare not responsible for any delays in the processing of the claim and accept no responsibility for any claim, loss or liability arising from any such delays.REMEMBER: We are dealing with Government and Financial institutions that DO NOT want to give your money back. (but they have too!)

3. Get Your Money Back fee is 20% + GST of all monies recovered, payable upon refund of funds. You get 80% - better than the government keeping it!

4. Get Your Money Back accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, currency or completeness of any information provided via any correspondence/communications. The accuracy or reliability of information provided is not guaranteed or warranted in any way. Get Your Money Back disclaim liability of any kind whatsoever, including and without limitation, liability for accuracy, quality, performance or reliability for a particular purpose arising out of the information provided.

5. Acceptance of our services is automatic acceptance of all Get Your Money Back terms and conditions.
